Everything needed to get you live
This is the follow up to the agreement you signed today, not another contract. It takes about fifteen minutes, and it is everything we need from you to switch payments on and get Inclusion Bridge Learning live.
Your answers save automatically as you go, on this phone or device, so you can stop any time and come back to finish later.
Cancellation policy
This is the one thing holding up card payments going live.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Life happens, so if you need to move or cancel a session, just let me know at least 24 hours before it starts and there is no charge at all.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if a session is missed without any notice, the full session fee applies. This is because your child's slot is held just for them and cannot usually be offered to another family at short notice.
If something unexpected comes up, message me as soon as you can, I am always happy to talk it through.
Please choose one of the two options above.
Safeguarding policy
Not required to submit today, but the more you fill in now, the sooner it can go live.
Who this covers
This policy applies to all one to one, paired and small group tuition sessions run by Tracey Casabella, trading as Inclusion Bridge Learning, whether delivered in person around Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, or online, for children aged 5 to 11.
About Tracey
A qualified teacher with 20 years of experience, holding a PGCE in Primary and Advanced Early Years (with QTS) and a PGCert in SEND and Inclusion, specialising in Early Years, SEND and Learning Support.
Conduct during sessions
- Sessions take place somewhere a parent or carer is contactable and nearby throughout.
- Physical contact is limited to what is necessary and appropriate for teaching, never anything else.
- Any accident, injury or incident during a session is reported to the parent the same day.
If a child discloses something, or there is a concern
- Listen calmly, do not promise secrecy, and do not ask leading questions.
- Write down what was said, in the child's own words where possible, as soon as possible afterwards, with the date, time and who was present.
- Do not investigate or confront anyone.
- Report without delay to the people named below.
The blanks below are the genuine gaps in this template. Fill in what you can now; anything left blank is simply carried forward as outstanding.
Privacy notice
What your website collects, and why
When a parent books, the site collects their name, email and phone number, plus an optional box for anything they'd like to tell you about their child. If they pay by card, Stripe handles the payment, your website never sees or stores card details. The site also keeps a short record that a booking email was sent (confirmation, reminder, cancellation), but not its content.
This is used only to run tuition sessions, communicate about bookings, and keep the financial records the law requires. Visitor numbers are counted with Umami, a privacy focused tool that sets no cookies and never identifies anyone personally.
Your working hours
